What materials are used to make Growa?Growa consists of highest grade, solid European Oak and Birch plywood. The exterior of Growa is treated with a waterproof lacquer to preserve the beauty and integrity of the wood, as well as providing a durable finish. The inside is covered with a white gloss laminate to ensure maximum light exposure for the developing plants. If you’d prefer to choose a colour for the exterior of your Growa, please contact us to discuss bespoke options.

Can I choose the colour of my Growa?Yes, Growas are also available in various colours, as well as the standard 'natural wood' finish. - Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Where are Growas made?Growas are individually handcrafted in the UK.

How long before I receive my Growa?Usually between 10 to 12 weeks.

Will my Growa arrive ready to use?Yes, your Growa will arrive fully assembled, ready to grow.

Is everything necessary to start growing included with my Growa?Yes, everything you need to grow healthy, organic plants is included with your Growa, including: root cubes, growth enhancer liquid, grow medium, root boost granules and bio-stimulant / irrigation cleanser. You just need to plug in and plant!

How long will it take to set up my Growa?Once you have decided where to situate your Growa, all you need to do is plug it in and install the associated apps. This should take between 5 and 10 minutes.

Where is the best place for my Growa?Your Growa should be located somewhere with easy access to mains power, with the temperature preferably between 15 to 25 degrees Centigrade and away from any draughts. If possible, position Growa where there is no direct overhead light source.

What type of power supply is required for my Growa?A 240-volt mains supply is needed. For countries with different mains voltage, we can specify the correct transformer for you, contact us to find out more.

Will my Growa use a lot of electricity?No, Growa uses high efficiency, eco-friendly LEDs, fans and water pump, ensuring minimal electricity consumption.

What plants are suitable for my Growa?Growa enables maximum, year-round yields of herbs, such as basil, coriander, oregano, sage, tarragon and thyme. Growa also provides magnificent, constant crops of tomatoes, chillies, strawberries and blueberries, etc.

What is ‘The Growa Method’?The Growa Method is a copyrighted process specifically developed for Growa, to ensure maximum yields with minimum effort. It combines the best of the traditional, natural, organic growing process together with further knowledge gained from the latest research. It consists of a simple to follow set of illustrated instructions, created by experts, to ensure that you get the best possible results from your Growa.

What happens if I experience a problem with my Growa?Please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Can I return my Growa?Yes, you can return your Growa within 14 days as long as it has not been used and it is returned in its original packaging. You will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return transportation, as well as being liable for any damage caused during transit. Should you notice any damage to your Growa on delivery, you must refuse the delivery, instruct the driver to return it to us and inform us right away. If, after you unpack your Growa, you notice it is damaged you must take photographs of the damage and report it to us immediately.
